These terms govern your use of the Billy Aircon website and our aircon servicing, repair, and installation services in Singapore.

1. Services

Billy Aircon provides professional aircon servicing, chemical wash, gas top-up, repair, and installation services across Singapore. All services are performed by our in-house technicians — we do not outsource any work to third parties.

2. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of standard labour charges. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Replacement parts and materials
  • Complex repairs requiring specialised equipment
  • Emergency or after-hours service calls
  • Services not covered by the initial quotation

We provide a written quotation before commencing any work. No additional charges will be applied without your prior approval.

3. Warranty

All servicing and repair work is backed by our 90-day workmanship warranty. This covers:

  • Labour and workmanship for the specific service performed
  • Any parts supplied and installed by Billy Aircon

The warranty does not cover:

  • Pre-existing defects or damage
  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues unrelated to the service performed

4. Appointments and Cancellations

We schedule appointments based on availability. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee for future bookings.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, PayNow, and bank transfer. For service contracts, payment terms are as specified in the contract agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Billy Aircon's liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services, except where prohibited by law.

7. Website Use

8. Intellectual Property
